My little brother was forced to get the covid shot

He is 18 and just joined the Navy. They are telling serviceman and women that they either get it or get separated. How the hell can they do that with the Nuremberg Treaty? He goes in for the second half on the 7th. I am begging him not to get it. What are his options?

When you sign an enlistment agreement, you become property of the United States miliitary.

Joe Biden is currently the CIC of the United States military even if he is illegitimate.

Seems like a no brainer to me.
