Not really sure what Benedict's real plan is. I think he was forced to resign, by the black hats (freemasons) in the Church, and there were so many he was powerless to stop it. I don't blame him for this situation, all this mess was thrown into his lap the moment he became pope. This has been going on for centuries, but only in the past 80-100 years has it been really bad and getting worse.

I can only hope that Benedict does the right thing and reveals the truth before he goes. He doesn't have much time left, his health is fading fast.
