I live near Houston, Texas.
On Saturday, while cleaning my garage and listening to the radio, I must have heard 3 or 4 ads from local hospitals encouraging people to get the "vaccine".
The ads all said "We understand people are concerned and skeptical about the vaccines and are worried about how the vaccines may affect their health. We are here to ease your mind and tell you that the vaccines are safe. We stand behind the vaccines and encourage you to get vaccinated."
I've never before heard commercials where health officials are trying to convince people who feel something is wrong, can plainly see that the "vaccines" may cause a problem... yet are encouraging them to go ahead anyway because "trust us".

The fact that anything is said at all, is suspect. Your instinct is accurate.
I heard those ads too and they sent shivers down my spine. Felt like I was living in a dystopian horror movie.
