Does that mean this was a hate crime? Am I allowed to claim to be a victim since I’m also a man? Just checking to understand how this all works.

She screams "TAZER, TAZER, TAZER"...suspect drives off and she say "I shot him". No gunshot, handgun slide did NOT cycle!
