If the vaccinated are potentially subject to a more intense cytokine storm upon exposure to the wild virus, should a vaccinated person be sure to have HCQ or Ivermectin on hand at all times?

Thank you, that was good background on cytokine storm. This is not the same as an infection and all the anti infection measures like vitamin D, HCQ, etc. are irrelevant at the point that the cytokine reaction kicks in. As a side note, remember Merck gave up on a vaccine, recommended everyone just get COVID and let the immune system work on it, and turned their attention to developing anti-cytokine remedies.
