A 100 year old woman in Chile last week wasn't allowed into a store to shop for food, as she didn't have a smart phone to show the approved app on.

It is DIRE in Chile and barely anyone knows. Possibly the most dire in the world. We're talking literally only allowed into food stores between certain times of the day.
