ACAB is just a phrase, "All Cops Are Bastards." It's Soros with his Antifa/BLM black shirts that's behind it.

And yes, [they] are in every major/medium sized city in ALL 50 States. So, if you live ina city with 100,000 or more, prepare yourselves for when Chauvin is acquitted.
