Only 1 in a Million people developed severe blood clots with the J&J "vaccine"?

I don't think so. Logically... those are the cases that were most severe, so they stood out. For every one person who develops serious blood clots, there are likely 100 more that have anything in the range from mild to severe blood clots... and just haven't been diagnosed yet.
