Don’t know anything about this site, it’s one of many that ran articles on his use of the term. Saying it was a live exercise suggested very early on that it was suspected this virus came from a biological warfare development program. The whole point of his comments that day seemed to be the CCP needed to come clean and provide meaningful, helpful data to combat the virus.
