Wont protect their borders, wont defend their citizens, wont even clean shit off the streets... but will pull out all the stops to attack the peaceful lawful taxpayers and businesses who pay the salaries of these wretched communist deadbeats.

Cant random citizens build structures on land that is not theirs? No. Why can police commit this crime? The business should fine the local government for the same amount as the supposed fines that are owed.
