Absolutely! Though my health (food and drink) choices aren't the best all the time, I've been fasting regularly for 5 years now. I have had 0 significant illnesses and can't recall having the slightest fever.
Sometimes the simplest things like fasting, hydration, eating whole foods, supplements and sleep can have the greatest effects on ones health. I know this to be true from experience and also the fact that regular media is silent on these simple steps while promoting big pharma solutions to our health issues.
