This vaccine is far more similar to traditional vaccines, but still warrants its own category. I've said for a while that this is the preferred shot among the three in the USA. However, this type of vaccination comes with debated concerns regarding increased transmission of AIDS.
This reminds me of the most interesting thing I heard in college, which is using HIV cells to attack cancer, while not actually infecting the patient with HIV, done by modifying the virus.
If only they could fully isolate the virus and deliver a real vaccine instead of making up new categories on the fly.
