Oh, I'm not denying that Batman as he's been presented since the 1980s is stupid about not killing. But the Batman of the Dark Knight Trilogy is a bit closer to the classic (and smarter) depiction in that he places the lives of the innocent over the lives of criminals; he won't directly kill them, but he doesn't have to save them, either.

If referring to comics, Frank Castle is a man’s choice.
Exactly. Batman usually doesn't kill when he NEEDS to while Frank does what needs to be done. We all need to have Frank's mindset.
