She was good in the eyes of men but God has a higher standard. First off, nobody is "good" according to the Lord. Read the Scriptures. All have gone out of the way and none seeks after God. That's the Bible.
Her death was tragic and untimely. These types of deaths don't happen to believers (or "good" people). Not fatal accidents. Not fatal disease. Not a hit. No untimely deaths. Read the accounts of TRUE believers in the Bible. They only died two possible ways:

Martyrdom

Natural causes
She perished in her sin.
God doesn't destroy the righteous with the wicked.

We do go through reincarnation in a way but it's spiritual. All men shall be salted with fire in the worlds to come (spiritual realms). There's also a corrupt and a Godly Universalism.
The Scriptures are clear: All men shall be saved in the FULLNESS of time, each man in his own order. The lake of fire is for correction unto repentance, not destruction without recourse.
