Just haven’t been able to see the angle here. There’s going to be a lot of smart, angry people looking for someone to blame when the bodies start stacking up.

I think that is a fail on the plan. Probably why trump endorsed it. By making it emergency use they can't force us all to take it. By the time they try the world will know the drawbacks and resist.
