What if the actual reason for stopping distribution of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine is that it was working too well and not helping with the depopulation plans?

I doubt that. What would "working well" actually mean for a useless gene therapy shot?
J and J's vaccine was not 'gene therapy'. It used a standard vaccine methodology that has been used before. So, in this case, "working well" was meant to imply that the results showed successful mitigation of the coronavirus using adenovirus carrier.
