Um...what? I'm here in Texas, looking at weather reports in my hometown and major cities around the state (Houston, Dallas, etc...), and I see temperatures varying from the 40s to the low 80s.
That's ordinary April weather, maybe slightly cooler than usual, but what's the big deal?
