Yeah I wasn’t clear. I’m not the one requiring this, the other business owner I was speaking with is. He’s just having them show HR the card. No follow up or anything, we’re all adults. I have no intention of requiring anything but if the information is volunteered I’ll certain make note of it in case I need to quarantine folks.

Added complication: if someone has recovered from Covid, they are immune. They don't need to be vaxxed anymore. Furthermore, vaxxed people can still spread the disease, whereas recovered people do not. How are you going to monitor that?
