"Leading them" oh Lord, I see this also in the now common practice of interviewing coaches and athletes in between halves and periods. The reporter states what the athlete is to say and they just repeat it back.
The coaches all pretty much say what is common sense, if they are winning, "we need to keep doing what we are doing" if they are losing "we need to play better". It's so fricken stupid.
