Ivermectin might be better for severe cases and HCQ might be better for mild cases, or prevention. This explains why the so called "HCQ clinical trials" reported that HCQ did not significantly reduce symptoms. HCQ has to be administered early!

I've heard that if you combine the hydroxychloroquine with azithromycin and zinc it becomes extremely effective.
