Not a documentary, but a channel: GrandSolarMinimum. He and his wife are on good terms with Dr. Valentina Zharkova, who is blowing holes in the GW theory with sun cycles: Basically, we have entered a grand solar minimum, and it will continue until 2153.

my pleasure. GSM can be a bit technical at first, but once you become familiar with the implications of coronal holes, solar flares and sunspots, as well as how cloud nucleation is related to solar wind and magnetic reversal etc. you can see how he predicts earthquakes, volcanic eruptions etc. Also, he often shows graphs that relate to the solar minimum.
