When you are reading stories on policy and other government affairs, remember how Q has told us that we are watching a movie. Nothing is as it seems right now brother. i know it is scary for us to not know whats going on behind the scenes, especially after learning of the tremendous evil existing in this world.
Try stepping back and looking at everything as a whole, try to see the big picture and dont let the fear cloud your mind. Maybe even take a few days off the computer and read your bible instead. that has helped me greatly these past few months.
