Didn’t Dan just post a pic of water and trees saying he sees “green” and blue”? While the pic was pretty, his comment seemed odd. Not what I would have said if I was posting a pic of pretty scenery. I wonder if that ties into what you’re saying about the military. ?
Which side of the border? If UN troops are inside the US border and try to exert any authority over patriotic citizens, well, I’m afraid it will be a bad day for the “blue peace troops”.

It's broader than that. It can mean local national forces aswell, i.e. US on Iraqi police etc.
