Jeremy Voels served with me in the 101st in Afghanistan, received wounds that paralyzed him. Eventually he regained the ability to walk (with assistance) but ultimately succumbed to complications from his injuries, just found out yesterday.

All gave some, some gave all A last salute to our honored fallen

It is basically saying that because the cyber ninjas are technically a contractor, and the DOJ is saying the government doesn't have the proper "oversight" of these contractors when they have these ballots, that the whole audit could be declared illegal or illegitimate.
