Since you mentioned Clinton Foundation.... A Twitter account by the name of DawsonSField has a long string of tweets talking about a billionaire named Gilbert Chagoury who illegally funded the Clinton's campaigns from '96-'16. He states that Chagoury reached a secret agreement with DOJ to provide "unique cooperation" in Oct '19, but this has been kept secret until a few weeks ago.

I haven't read through it all, and not sure if Haiti is mentioned, but I just saw it earlier tonight, so your mentioning Clinton Foundation is the reason I mention it.
