No need to "move over".... there is more UNDEVELOPED land here than developed. Vast forests and mountains remain untouched. Of course we'd like to keep it that way as long as we can. I remember once flying back home from a trip overseas and on the plane to my hometown in Tennessee was a lady who, by her accent, was from up north somewhere. She kept saying, "Oh look at all that underdeveloped land!! Why don't people BUILD there??!!" She seemed distressed over it! She just couldn't believe that all that land was, in her opinion, wasted. Sigh.... I don't expect she remained in Tennessee very long.
Same in AZ and all over the west, only "why doesn't the BLM give that land to We the People so we can live in a pristine wilderness and mine and log it?" A pox on them. BLM land is what national forests are called in the desert, only it's better. Almost no rangers and developed campsites.
I am coming to Tennessee, move over! ?
