I seem to recall that Q hinted at it a long time ago. Angelika was actually born in Argentina but was sent to Europe to be fostered. She ended up in West Germany but moved to East Germany for university (conditioning?)

She was born in 1954, so unless the Hitler suicide in a bunker story was all made up, then it would seem pretty impossible for him to be the father of Merkel.
