Who activates the NG units? Who is Governor of Minnesota? Who has he been funded and backed politically by in the past? And, what's the current narrative re: the Chauvin Case? Is it failing or succeeding?

If you can answer those questions, then you know the answer to "why" the MN NG was activated.
