Standing with locked knees will do this. Saw it plenty of times in Boot Camp and in long running awards ceremonies in the Navy. We ALWAYS had at least 5 fall out because they locked their knees while standing.

didnt know this. you think the health official would. i know in elementary school they would tell us locking your knees is bad.
