I don't what the feck is going on in this world. The context is just heartbreaking. 13 year old outside running from police with a gun in his hand. Good Lord, help us.

It's a wham-bam situation. It looks like he tossed the gun behind the fence as he was turning, so it looked like he was turning with the gun in his hand... that moment it was leaving his hand looks like he is turning to shoot--and that's when the cop shoots.

May God be with both families and help them heal over time.
