That is a strong sleeping spell.

I read it and my eyes glaze over. I experience anger, but also I can see how those that already believe will have their beliefs reinforced after reading it.

Only the truth can set these people free, and it has to be so obvious no sleeping spell can take hold.

I don't know how they plan to accomplish that..
