I'm 42, no flu, no colds, no vaccines, feel great, usually walk 2 miles or more each day. Enjoying the outdoors, fresh air, nature, wildlife, all the things this world can offer is quite good for health and immune systems.
Then we have those that are likely very over weight that drools over those donuts while sitting on their couch at home, indoors, without fresh air or exercise. Largely vaccines have always been useless because the immune system handles most things just fine.
Right. I am 60 now, I would add a plant centered diet, low on chese and meat, organic, keep your life stress free. It is so easy, once you realise it.
My life is generally stress free but I also live in FL so that helps lately. I'll eat some vegetables but I'm a big meat eater. Grilled burgers earlier with cheese on them.
As long as you feel good, it's good, I suppose. I live in Southern Greece, so no cold winters and 320 sunny days per year. Nice beaches, so stress free.
Yup, nice warm weather here in south Florida also. I live close enough to the ocean that I can walk so that's nice. The older I get, I have changed eating habits though. Balanced meals with plenty of fresh air and exercise is a good thing. The main thing I still enjoy that's no good for me would be soda but it is what it is lol.
