The problem I'm afraid this might create is then the precedent is set for small independent news and commentary aren't allowed to call groups like BLM violent evil pieces of shit,....even if they demonstrably true.
That would be an opinion. The main media devils are pushing fake news and lies as facts and should be sued into oblivion. If CNN wants to say Trump is evil, that is their opinion. However lying about things that Trump never did or putting false words in his mouth is open to lawsuit.
