yeah they eat HCQ like candy as anti-malarial.
if you look at number of deaths/M in Africa, lots have lo numbers. this could be the HCQ but also in combination with relatively youthful populations as well as old people die of the covid (flu).

  1. HCQ availability in those countries
  2. lots of young people in those countries
  3. lots of old people and no availabiliity of the HCQ in high death countries (Spain, Italy etc)
