you cant arrest anyone without evidence of a crime. Probably didn't appear to be that unstable and they had to let him go.

Exactly, what would you have the fbi do? Just take his guns and/or imprison him? That power surely wouldn’t ever be misused. I thought we didn’t like red flag laws, and yet people seem to pretty much be wishing red flag laws caught this guy.
