I was invited to share the General Meeting weekend with an LDS member I have a lot of respect for (company commander of armored regiment in Viet Nam) and that weekend dispelled all of the falsehoods of my understanding of the Latter Day Saints-gave me hope for none of the church leaders are paid (just like PDJT) because they have /had very successful careers... Oh, and I found the way to pray to the Heavenly Father..
No matter how you choose to worship him, especially at this time we need to hear him.
There are multiple Native American tribes (not all) that have belief very similar to the claims of this church. For me, I keep coming back to the oral traditions I have heard regarding the need for unity of the races & that we must hear him in order for him to return, or there must be a great destruction to compel the remnant to hear him.
Q has put the focus on studying out Christ & learning all we can. Then praying. This lines up so much with what I have understood for decades & hoped to see a Great Awakening before I was to return back with our Heavenly Father/God.
Glad many if the myths were dispelled. Interestingly enough, my family tells stories of some give zero f's early member leaders that made claims which scared local trouble makers, only to find they are now believed to be true.
One of the early top leaders is said to have told a mob on the other side of a river that they had better take off quick before the full moon came out when they (the elders on hsi side of the river) would grow horns with their tails at sundown & come gore the Hell out of the mob on the other side. With shitpost talk like that from some of them, it certainly explained a lot of stuff. Similar to how low energy guac inhalers would consider Babolyon Bee or our Shitpost marked topics as honest truth.
