Or instead of pepper spray non lethal ammo, just fill those fuckers with with Chloroform?

There are a lot of risks to this that have been banned. For example if someone has other depressants in there system or say takes prescriptions for epilepsy this can lead to death. Also not as effective if you are chasing down a bad guy with a weapon.
