I'm sick of the commercials compelling people to take the jab, but in my exasperation, I noted something very telling. When the ads compel us to take the jab, they are foregoing the laws that all other pharmaceutical companies must follow. They are not giving the possible side effects. in pondering this, I realized why. While they are absolutely compelling citizens to take an experimental non-FDA approved jab, they aren't naming any of the pharmaceutical companies. Still, they are promoting products--and all side effects should be listed.
I pray to God that this failure to list the side effects comes back to haunt those promoting the jab (pharmaceutical companies, Hollywood nobodies, etc.)
Correct. Pharmaceutical commercials list side effects because they have legal departments who's job it is to protect them from legal recourse. This doesn't apply to most vaccines which are exempt from any legal recourse (or standard FDA trials).
Any legal lurkers around that can explain how far the lack of legal liability extends? Is it something that can be revoked by the FDA or other government agency without breaking any guarantees? Is there a time limit on the legal exemption? Just curious how fixable this would be with the proper government administration.
Most people haven't given INFORMED CONSENT. They were not told of possible adverse reactions before the jab. I think they have a legal cause to sue.
