Seth Green is a punk. Chances are he was the victim of rape as a kid actor (he was around long before Buffy) then became one himself after he got him and his parents fortune and glory. It's all speculation of course, but the dude has little to no talent outside of being an annoying punk. He's a part of swamp-west for some reason other than acting.

Anyone that has worked in that cesspool is either in on the antics or too damn afraid to speak up (though I'm sure they've seen what happens to those that talk ... I don't know if I can automatically call them cowards).
