Appears to be a male running the ride. She was obviously upset.. doesn’t show what transpired before. BUT.. that makes no difference, HE went after a woman.. even if she was wrongly upset, she had the right to defend herself. My question is where was the nearest MAN and why didn’t that MAN take that spineless S O B out ?
