Putin will broadcast to the World on the 21st, what will he say to us?

I have heard that he might show us a video of a former President shooting a USN airman shot down over Iraq, but as to what else he might say or release I don't know.

Anyone know more than this?

I don't see anything about the TIME of the broadcast but here's some general info.

Moscow is +7 hours from DC (EST) therefore a noon broadcast would be 5am DC 5pm broadcast would be 10am

do your own math for any other times/timezones
