I think Twatter is blocking bitchute but I may be wrong. I remember trying to share a couple of links from bitchute but Twatter said they won't allow me to as they've flagged bitchute as a dangerous website.

Since you downloaded the video and if it's under 200 MB, upload it to catbox.moe and you can share it on both Fakebook and Twatter.
