Using Google Earth Pro and using the Historical Imagery Time Line slider..7/2020..the containers not there...slide to 9/2020 and then the containers appear and then they disappear by the time the next photo is taken on 11/2020. It is a real satellite photo so that part is legit. May be better to focus and dig on what happened in the Suez in late Aug to Sept 2020 as these photos pre date the Ever Given's problems.
