Canada - Widespread Cellular Outage

Howdy folks.

We've gotten large nation-wide cellular outage with our largest carrier here in Canada, Rogers, particularly in the larger cities.

No official explanations thus far.

That's alarming. It would have to be a satellite, I'm assuming?
