Or is it just me? I can't remember the last decent night's sleep I had. Please don't get me wrong, I'm so relieved to be "awake," but my brain never shuts down. I'm trying my best to wait out the plan, but some days are tougher than others.

Tangy Tangerine helped me sleep after a long struggle with a racing brain. It has dozens of nutrients and put me to sleep in 45 minutes of taking it in the afternoon!!
