Search this site with the search term menstruation. You'll find articles that will talk about fertility loss, which should scare any parent of a young woman regardless of language. Sorry it's not in Spanish, but the content will be applicable and hard-hitting. I'd also try searching duckduckgo using Spanish terms, if you haven't already, or maybe even google.mx. If you do find some Spanish-language resources, please remember to post them here for others. Sorry I don't have more help. Suerte y bendiciones.
