another thing is that it is possible, when DJT asked, " where is Durham", it was a trigger or authorisation sent to someone or something, being optimistic, it could be another Unleash the Kracken moment.

Something big went down in DC last night, hundreds of police vehicles lining all of the roads around The Treasury, something big was being enforced or protected. That was no drill.
