I think that China was trying to have their puppet be president since 2015. They believed Hillary would win and for this reason the one-child policy was ended in 2015. If they hacked 2020 to death they hacked 2016 too. They just hadn't thought they would need pre-printed ballots for that one. They've been buying up land around the globe as much as they can for years. The ending of the one-child policy is an interesting one. There's no way they wouldn't have been in on the DAVOS depopulation policy at the time.
