I would agree for possession. Not as much for distribution.

Distribution is leagues worse than possession, and I think that way more focus should go on busting the creators and distributors of the material

Yes. You are correct. I was thinking 20-50 years.

Also most is distributed over the internet now so that chance of catching someone in AZ is lower.

This could be used to go after pornographers who are being targetted by competition or government. Sending in underage girls with fake id.
