I can't think of a valid reason to kneel on someone's neck for as long as he did, and particularly, for several minutes after he had obviously lost consciousness, can you?

Check the legalinsurrection.com analysis. Tim Pool did quite an ok commentary on it. He didn't kneel on his neck at all. It was on his shoulder, for starters.
